How long does shipping take?
Please allow 6–12 business days for your custom press-on nails to be made. Once completed, your order will ship via USPS, which typically takes 5–10 business days for delivery.
Do you offer rushed orders?
Yes! Rushed orders are made and shipped within 3 business days. Additional express shipping is offered at checkout for an additional cost.

Sizing & Fit
How do I find my nail size?
Use our Nail Sizing Guide or purchase a Sizing Kit to ensure the perfect fit.
What if my nails don't fit?
If you're unsure, sizing kits are highly recommended before placing a full set order. Improper sizing is not eligible for a refund.
Can I order a sizing kit?
Yes! You can order a Sizing Kit absolutely free to make sure your press-ons fit perfectly before purchasing a full set.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. All requests must be submitted through our return ticket system.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Custom orders are non-refundable.

Application & Removal
How long do press-ons last?
With proper prep and glue, sets last 1–2 weeks. Adhesive tabs are great for 1–3 day wear.
How do I remove them safely?
Soak in warm, soapy water for 10–15 mins. Gently lift using a cuticle stick. Avoid pulling or prying.
